1 Introduction
The Lesson-Based Assessment (LBA) system is integrated with EEDS and SATS platforms to manage teacher authentication and login.
Aided School Teachers:
must update their details in EEDS.
Unaided School Teachers:
Must be registered in SATS by their Headmaster (HM).
2 Process for Aided School Teachers
2.1 Step 1: Update Teacher Details in EEDS
Ensure that your personal details and mobile number are updated in the EEDS software.
The LBA system fetches data directly from EEDS.
2.2 Step 2: Login with Employee ID
Go to the LBA Teacher Login page.
Enter your Employee ID in the login section.
2.3 Step 3: Resolve Discrepancies
If login fails or incorrect details appear, contact your Block Education Officer (BEO).
The BEO will update/correct your EEDS records.
3 Process for Unaided School Teachers
3.1 Step 1: Teacher Registration in SATS
Headmasters (HM) must log in to the SATS portal.
Register Teacher. Navigate to: Teacher Management
. Enter all required teacher details.
3.2 Step 2: Update Teacher Records:
If the teacher is already registered, update details for Academic Year 2025-26.
Mobile number update is mandatory.
3.3 Step 3: Teacher ID Generation:
After successful registration, a Teacher ID is generated.
Format: T+ [numeric code] (e.g., T123456).
4 Login Procedure (Common for Aided & Unaided Teachers)
1. Open the LBA Login Portal.
2. Select SATS User option for the Unaided teacher and select Teachers option for the Aided teachers.
3. Enter your Teacher ID (for Unaided) or Employee ID (for Aided).
4. Click Login.
5. An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number.
6. Enter the OTP to complete authentication.
5 Troubleshooting

6 Important Notes
Always keep your mobile number updated in EEDS SATS.
Teacher ID is case-sensitive – use capital “T”
Contact your BEO (for Aided schools) or HM (for Unaided schools) for support.
